Project: Located just minutes from the heart of Manayunk lies the Aster- A 4-story apartment building that holds 38 boutique units, private balconies, a commercial space and even a roof deck patio! This design contains 5 levels of wood framing, with wood bearing / shear walls supported on foundation walls and spread footings.
