Project: This is an existing building fit-out for an office space located in a strip mall. Exterior CMU walls were removed, and existing steel framing remained. Cross braces were added to account for lateral stiffness lost with the CMU removal. A new entrance vestibule with a large roof overhang was added to the exterior of the building.
