Project: This is a renovation project to a 287,000 square foot shopping center. This project includes renovating all of the existing façade and most of the interior spaces for new and existing tenants. The original center dates back to the 1960s and has seen a few additions since. A lot of surveying was done to accurately show the existing structure in each space and detail the revisions for the new design.
