Project: Two buildings in the former knitting miss complex were renovated and converted for adaptive reuse as office space for UGI and Tower Health. Within the 145,000 SF, five-story building, a portion of the second floor was removed to create a new grand entrance. New framing, shoring structure, and construction sequencing were strategically designed to eliminate existing columns.
