Project: This is a renovation project to a 130,000 square foot shopping center. This project includes renovating all of the existing façade for new and existing tenants. The project also includes two new retail buildings. One is a 2,500 square foot 1-story wood framed construction supported on shallow foundation system and the other is a 10,000 square foot 1-story steel framed structure with a roof metal deck and bar joists supported on shallow spread footings.
