Joseph W. Cooke, P.E., has been a leader in the Philadelphia construction community for over 50 years. He has designed or supervised the design of over 5000 buildings projects and conducted numerous investigations - overseeing the operation of firms with staffs as large as 30 people.

Joseph holds a Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois. He has obtained registered as a professional engineer in 31 states, although all are not kept current. He has patented a precast concrete framing system.  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, Precast Concrete Institute, and Tau Beta Pi, as well as other professional groups.
